Hey , I used to literally put my fingers in my ears anytime someone suggested doing a “no alcohol” challenge. Why would I participate in that? I don’t have a drinking problem, plus there’s that special event I’m going to on (future date). The truth is… I feared what I would learn. I feared life would be boring. I feared I would miss alcohol. But I faced those fears and dared myself (and Bret) to do it. And I learned that all of my fears were unfounded and the only way to find that out is by facing your fears. That’s why I am triple dog daring you to do this with me… I want to give you as much prep time as possible, but I want you to make a decision today to face your fears and join me in October for my first-ever [21-Day Walk More, Drink Less Challenge](). Don’t worry! You will be in control. You won’t even be forced to give up your favorite drink. You can decide to go “alcohol-free” or simply cut consumption. This is about making tiny tweaks that add up to big changes in how you look and feel every day, and, more importantly, figuring out how alcohol fits into your plan for overall health. Anyone can join us and make a pledge to abstain or cut back starting October 1. If you’re a woman who knows success and fun factors go way up when you have daily support and audio coaching from me, I want to invite you to do [the official paid version](). (Don’t worry… it’s less than the price of one glass of wine.) For 21 days, we’ll take a no-pressure look at your relationships with alcohol without the crazy pressure of perfection. I’ll give you daily tips, support, and accountability to keep you on track and make good habits stick. And you’ll get my favorite mocktail recipes too. Trust me, having someone to join you on this journey makes a world of difference. If you can get someone in your household on board, that's huge! But if that’s not an option, the next best thing is to recruit a local friend, someone you usually go out with or spend time with, to do this with you. The accountability and shared experience will make it so much easier and way more fun! (just forward them this email.) Want to know more about what I learned after going 30 days alcohol free? Check out [this week’s episode of The Chalene Show]( where I share all the ups, downs, and surprising insights I discovered along the way. From realizing that I was minimizing my drinking to understanding the role alcohol was having on my brain fog and ADHD. It wasn’t just about the alcohol; it was about the habits, the beliefs, and in some cases the lies, I was telling myself. I won’t sugar coat it. It wasn’t all a walk in the park. There were definitely some downsides. So take a listen. Going through this experiment taught me so much about myself and how I want to approach drinking moving forward. If you've ever thought about cutting back or are just curious about what that might look like, [this episode]() is packed with real talk and tips. And if you’ve been wanting to make a positive change but need an extra push, [The 21-Day Walk More, Drink Less Challenge]() is it. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress and making small changes that can lead to big results. So grab a friend, sign up early, and let’s make October the month we commit to doing something amazing for our future selves. Together we’ll do some cool sh*t for our bodies and brains.
