Hey , Today Iâm sharing some finds for makeup and fitness that you won't believe you've been living without! Plus, I have a somber reminder to follow your gut instinct about people. 1. FAVORITE FINDS OF THE WEEK: For all the makeup enthusiasts out there struggling with vision while applying makeup, I have just the thing for you: [makeup reading glasses](=)! These are not your average specs. They come with a nifty feature where the lens flips from one side to the other. Imagine no more squinting or struggling to get that eyeliner just right! With lenses that rotate 180 degrees, applying makeup to each eye is so much easier. I canât believe I just discovered these. 2. WHAT IâM WATCHING: "[Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV]()". This four-part series on HBO Max is about the alleged mistreatment and abuse of many actors at Nickelodeon, specifically by former producer Dan Schneider. If you or your kids grew up watching Nickelodeon, this series might break your heart. Itâs disturbing how often these things are happening right under our noses. Let this be a lesson: if someone or something gives you a weird vibe and feels off, say something. Do something. Youâre better off offending someone than wondering if you could have done something to protect a child. Iâm still haunted by a memory I have of a dad whose kid played on the same team as my then 9-year-old son. This dad spent very little time watching his son practice, and way too much time on the sidelines playing with the younger siblings of the team. I never let my kids out of my sight when this man was around. I have no idea if he was inappropriate with the kids, but I should have said something. I didnât want to offend him or make such a serious implication without proof. That was a mistake. What I should have done was approach him and say that his behavior made me uncomfortable. I should have put him on notice instead of feeling worried about âbeing liked.â To this day, I deeply regret that I didnât say something. 3. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT: In [todayâs episode of The Chalene Show](, I'm guiding you through the best walking pads under $200. I've done the legwork (pun intended) to find the top pick that suits everyone's needs, focusing on features like size, noise, storage, warranties, and weight limits. These are perfect for those looking to add more steps to their day or seeking a simple fitness solution, and hopefully, this guide makes choosing the right walking pad a breeze. I gave you a detailed review of the top three affordable, small treadmill models, comparing their unique features, durability, ease of use, and safety. Whether you're on a tight budget or have specific preferences, this could be a helpful way to elevate your fitness journey! That's it for this week! Would love to hear from you, so leave a comment on the YouTube video and give me a little life update. Stay curious, keep exploring, and until next time, live your life with extra flair and fitness. I love you, I mean it, Chalene = P.S. Ready to upgrade your Instagram skills? InstaClubHub offers personalized coaching from certified experts, trained by Brock and me!
