One Thing All Americans Can Agree Upon Dear reader, We live in a world that gets wilder and stranger by the day. The overall negativity and flat-out pessimistic view of the world is as bad as I have ever seen it. But when I talk to older people and read history books, I’m fairly certain that the world has been a wild place since its creation. As crazy as things appear today, it doesn’t rank near some of the worst times the world has been through. So when I woke up Sunday morning to news that there had been an assassination attempt on former President Trump’s life, I was shocked. Maybe I’m naïve, but I believe in the good of all people. [In today’s video update, I want to talk about two things…]( First, I must discuss what happened over the weekend. I vow to remain politically agnostic. I’m simply here to do what I’m good at – educate investors and potential investors on the world of investing. The second is that our country is divided. Regardless of the politicians running D.C., innovation and hard American work will continue to help build the greatest companies in the world. And every American has the opportunity to invest in them thanks to the stock market. So let’s allow these wild times to help us realize the incredible opportunity that investing in the stock market represents. It’s the greatest wealth creator for the average American in the last 150 years. And its power is at our fingertips. Today, it’s worth $57,000. Is now the time to panic? I don’t think so. On the [latest episode of the SteadyTrade Podcast]( Tim Bohen and I discuss the recent pullback in the world’s largest crypto and explain why we expect it to be short-lived. Several potential catalysts are on the horizon that could send Bitcoin and the broad crypto market higher. Those combined with the “extreme fear” reading in the Crypto Fear & Greed Index indicate that now could be the right time to start adding exposure to this asset class.
