And today, we’re contacting you with an important update to our offering. From 15 January 2024, Cashrewards will no longer be offering in-store card linked cashback offers. Our online cashback offers available via the website and app will not be affected. If you would like more information about how to use the online services, please visit the ‘How it Works’ section on our website or under ‘more’ in our App. So, what happens now? Pending Cashback: Any cashback from an in-store purchase made prior to 15 January 2024 will be approved or declined in the indicated timeframe in your ‘my rewards’ page. Once approved, you will be able to withdraw your cashback into your nominated bank or PayPal account*. Linked Card: From 15 January 2024, you will no longer be able to link or unlink a debit or credit card in the ‘Link your cards’ section of your Cashrewards settings. All your currently linked cards will be removed from your account, and you will no longer be able to earn cashback via in-store purchase methods. Deletion of card details You can rest assured that neither Cashrewards nor our PCI DSS compliant third-party service provider will retain any card details you may have provided. Your card details will be deleted once all final transactions have been processed. Our Terms and Conditions As part of this change, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the discontinuation of the in-store card linked offers. The Terms of Use will be updated effective 15 January 2024 and can be found [here](. The Privacy Policy will be updated on 31 March 2024, following the deletion of all card details.
