It's her life and her future.     Trouble viewing this email? [View it online.](   Our best match of the season TRIPLES your impact. [Give now »](     [CARE](   {NAME}, here’s a look at your impact:   Southern Africa is experiencing its worst drought in four decades. But that won’t keep students, especially girls, in Zimbabwe from changing their futures.  [School children in their uniforms, standing together](   Yolanda, 17, was raised without a mother or father. She had low self-esteem and, in her rural village, school was always just out of her reach. CARE implemented a Girls Leadership Camp called “My Future, My Life” that opened her eyes for what is possible for her future. What she learned at the Camp changed everything. “I can confidently present in class, something I could not do. I was shy and doubted myself most of the time.” Now she overcomes stereotypes about what skills and careers have traditionally been pursued by boys, she dreams of girls’ leadership in her community, and advocates for girls to fight for their own futures instead of marrying young. The goal of the project is to empower girls’ confidence, skills, and abilities – and their right to a strong and successful future.   YOUR impact in Zimbabwe:   Students, including girls like Yolanda, are…   • passing secondary school at a higher rate.   • staying in school because of their persistence to learn, despite affordability and other challenges.   • speaking out for their rights with newfound confidence and leadership skills.   • sharpening job skills. 9 times more girls have technical and vocational skills after this project.   At CARE, we believe girls are vital in ending poverty. When girls can save and earn money for their households, it helps them stay in school, have enough to eat, and pursue a future that is different from the past. With girls like Yolanda in charge, the future is bright.   Give now while your gift is matched 3X for projects all over the world like this.   [3X MATCH – TODAY ONLY](   This match has a special fund which will allow single gifts made online starting September 1, 2024, to be matched up to a total of $1,200,000.
