FIVE things 👀

as a coach, this is what i'm seeing about humans right now  [HeroVideos-InfluencerFootage.mp4]( {NAME} I'm always asked about what I'm observing in my career working with so many clients around the globe. People are just curious about [being a life coach](. Here's what I've learned - some counter intuitive points, some arguable depending on the person: 1. FEAR is *not* the driving issue for most people. It's FOCUS. This isn't to say fear doesn't play a role - hear me, it does - but you'd be surprised how many people just need CLARITY first then COURAGE. 2. However, CONFIDENCE is a huge issue. Not because of fear but because of lack in belief about one's ability to figure things out. People just don't think they can learn, change, or handle the demands of life or the next level of success. (I know, you can say they "fear" they will fail, but many people are actually quite used to failing... the weird thing is they don't trust their learning ability, worth and capacity). I know, this is complicated. 3. What people want more than anything else is to *feel* the day again. They've lost that vibrant connection -- p r e s e n c e. ALIVENESS seems to be a desperate desire again. 4. Wherever there is trouble, it's rarely purely psychological. It's sociology. People are REALLY struggling with RELATIONSHIPS. Too few friends. Not enough intimacy. An uninspired peer group. You'd be shocked at how our immediate circle drives so many life outcomes. 5. People are desperate for growth and meaning right now. They don't get to talk about that a lot with anyone who can help them. They "chat" with friends once in a while, maybe even work with a therapist, but a real partner in their personal growth and future potential realization? They don't have that and really need it, which is why so many people are looking for new peer groups to join and WHY [life coaching is so huge now](. I think people are struggling to move beyond their comfort zones, meet the demands of this moment, honor themselves and have real esteem, and choose to look beyond the selfishness of social media to lives of service.
