Most offenses (particularly most traditional motion offenses) typically emphasize on-ball actions (ball screens, zooms, etc.) or off-ball actions (flares, down screens, etc).  However, Coach Lewis creates a great mix of both using his 2-man and 3-man games. That way, the defense can’t guess what’s coming and never develops a defensive rhythm.  3 - Can it work with different levels of talent and experience?  Absolutely!
