2x2: Elon’s Algorithm

Something to think about 1: Values are verbsBrené Brown's book, Dare to Lead, has some excellent insights on values. I love this line from her about the fact that values require action: "Living into our values means that we do more than profess our values, we practice them. We walk our talk — we are clear about what we believe and hold important, and we take care that our intentions, words, thoughts, and behaviors align with those beliefs." 2: How to protect your values and prioritiesIt was liberating for me when I realized that healthy boundaries actually help me to clarify what I am responsible for and what I am not. As such, it means my boundaries actually protect my values and priorities in life. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or powerless... it may be due to a lack of boundaries in your life.
