This is only for you if you (a) run a business or agency, or (b) if you are a full-time consultant or professional service provider. In short, if you are the boss then this is for you… I’m looking for 6 business owners who would like to run their full-time business on a part-time schedule so that you can grow your business with margin and calm in your schedule. Together, we will build a business growth plan that is accessible to you. As someone who has been in the "productivity" space for almost two decades, I've seen a lot of stupid stuff. (And I've also tried a lot of stupid stuff.) But that's my job: to find out what works -- especially for running your own business and running your own life. Thus, I am NOT interested in: ❌ Morning routines for single dudes by single dudes. ❌ Business growth ideas from someone on their 3rd marriage. ❌ Life coaching from a 20-year old who still lives with his parents. Here's the real truth: You don't need a "perfect routine" in order to be disciplined. In fact, for most successful business owners who are looking to get their stuff together, "the perfect routine" is not the answer at all. It could actually hold you back and keep you stuck. That's why... This 2-day online class will focus on the importance of Sequence Over Strategy. If you know you need to get your stuff together, and you're excited to focus on what's next... ... but the thought of planning and deciding what you need to feels too overwhelming. Then I've got you. I'm not interested in ridiculous productivity hacks or rigid annoying schedules. And I doubt you are either. We're going to get into the foundational skill of focus. Yes. Focus is a skill that you can learn. That, my friends, is what unlocks things for the long-term. It's what allows you to thrive when your goals and plans come into contact with real life. . . . If you’re interested, reply to this email to let me know and I’m happy to discuss details of my upcoming, 2-day "Virtual Retreat" for founders, consultants, and owners. Here’s what it is and who it’s for: Specifically, this is for anyone in professional services (agency owners, consultants, etc.). (Though I have also worked with folks in the creator / maker / founder space as well and for this November class it's actually about half and half.) And, you would like to work directly with me in order to: - Build your Business Mission Map (get clarity on your business focus, goals, and strategy). - Revisit and improve your weekly schedule in order to cut out wasteful hours. - Implement a simple, flexible business system flywheel that allows you to reliably grow your business without burning out and without being up-tight about your calendar. I will be hands on with you and a small group of other business owners to help you design it all and put the pieces together. And…. we’re doing this group on the fast track. Which means you’ll go from start to finish in just two day. To qualify for this group program, you must currently: - Be the owner / operator of your business as a full-time agency owner, consultant, or other professional services - Be making at least $100,000/year in revenue in your business. - Be able to set aside 2 days later this month for our virtual workshop. If that works for you, and you’re ready to get back a big chunk of your time for the next year so you can grow your business to the next stage OR get your life back (often it’s both), then let me know. Reply to this email, and I’ll send over the details and answer your questions. — Shawn P.S. Three things: - This is NOT for you if you’re an employee or leader. - This is the last group I’m leading for the rest of the year. - Spots are truly limited. I can only take on a max of 15 people in this group. And, as of today, there are only 6 spots left. If that works for you, and you’re ready to work with me like to get back a big chunk of your schedule and your focus heading in to 2025 so you can: (1) grow your business to the next stage; or (2) get your life back … (often it’s both) — then hit reply and let’s chat. Reply to this email, and I’ll get you the details and answer your questions. To unsubscribe, click [here](. Blanc Media, 714 Main St., Grandview, MO 64030, United States
