[Start trading now!](       INDUSTRY NEWS GRAYSCALE RULING OVERTURNED Grayscale, manager of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), achieved a win against the SEC. A court ordered the SEC to reconsider rejecting GBTC's ETF conversion bid, potentially paving the way for a Bitcoin ETF and other approvals. The ruling doesn't guarantee an immediate conversion, but establishes a fair precedent. Approvals could happen anywhere from next week to early 2024.
