Reflecting on Our Journey

Building a Stronger Loudoun County Together [logo]( Hi {NAME} I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've embarked on together since 2019 when I first ran for Commonwealth Attorney for Loudoun County. Our shared commitment to improving the safety and well-being of our community through solutions-based strategies has been both our guiding principle and our driving force even from the start of that campaign. I knew that turning our campaign promises into concrete actions would require unwavering dedication and relentless effort. Over the past four years, I'm incredibly proud of the progress we've made, but there is still work to be done. The future of Loudoun County will be affected in just a few days, and it's essential that we don't risk reverting to a time when our county's progress was at stake. [DONATE $25]( Since taking office, we have addressed many critical issues while navigating a global pandemic. It was through the dedication of the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office that we were able to secure $330,000 in federal grant money to expand education and prevention of sexual assault, prioritize the prosecution of violent crimes and protect the victims/survivors, and launched a program that provides tools to court involved veterans to help rebuild their lives. We know that these programs and the work of community partners has led to a 31% drop in violent crime. This is a testament to the progress and positive impact we’ve made here in Loudoun County but we must continue to nurture and grow these programs for the betterment of Loudoun County.
