The right thing to do [logo]( Hi {NAME} When I ran to be elected as the Commonwealth Attorney for Loudoun County in 2019, I knew that our campaign focusing on improving the safety of our county with solutions based strategies was not only the smart thing to do to improve Loudoun County but also the right thing to do. When I took office in January 2020, I hit the ground running because I knew if we were going to walk the walk of the changes needed to be made it would take hard work and grit to get it done. I am proud of the work that we have done in the last four years but you and I both know that our work is far from over and is at risk of being set back should my opponent win in a few weeks. Senator Black is the man who called birth control “baby pesticide” and supported a bill that would ban abortion and contraception. These are the types of views that would set Loudoun County back decades. Since taking office, I've achieved significant progress in addressing these critical issues. I've tripled the number of prosecutors dedicated to handling sexual assault and domestic violence cases, expanded vital support services for victims, and made a commitment to not prosecute abortion cases following the Dobbs decision in 2022. In light of the prevailing political and social landscape, we must remain steadfast in our efforts to overcome setbacks and challenges rather than retreating or conceding defeat.
