You’ve seen the headlines. There’s more and more conservatives relentlessly attacking LGBTQ+ Americans, especially trans-people. They’ve used vitriolic rhetoric in speech after speech and pushed through legislation aimed at doing nothing but hurting and dividing. They’re banning gender-affirming care, banning trans people and children from participating in sports and other community events, and banning mentions of trans and other LGBTQ+ authors from being taught in schools.
