Recently I was back-and-forthing with one of our Profit Pirates clients on the Marco Polo app I use

Recently I was back-and-forthing with one of our Profit Pirates clients (not sure he wants me to name him) on the Marco Polo app I use to communicate with clients as part of the deal, and he was asking me about telling people “no.” Like probably 80%+ of people he has a very hard time telling people No. And it’s gotten him in some iffy situations. And when advising him on how to do it the way I do it (yes, there is a method to my madness when it comes to rejecting and telling people No, where I more often than not get something I want at the same time..) he seemed genuinely awed by how easily it comes to me. Especially those who want to JV with me who I say No to. Including sometimes well-known marketers most would jump at to JV with. The reason it’s so easy? Because they don’t come at me correct. They almost always use some lame attempt at doing an email intro “Ben, meet so and so!” and the whole thing is a complete waste of time, does absolutely nothing to make me want to know more about whatever it is they want me to do for or with them, and if anything just turns me off. And I ain’t the only one. Many of my pals up in this business tell me the same thing. I don’t know when the shift happened. But the most recent example was someone knows a very big name in the direct marketing world. Someone who I have respected for 20 years but have never met. And our mutual contact asks me if I’d like to do an intro to which I decline. The guy doesn’t need a dorky intro. Literally everyone in this business knows him. Guy could probably show up at my doorstep and I’d be like, “great to meet you!” And yet he tells our mutual connection that he knows literally every one of, and is friends with every one of, the testimonials on my opt-in page, who then proceeds to relay that message to me. The whole thing was just strange. I’m the most “email-able” guy I know. All he had to do was send me an email if he wanted to connect. That’s literally how I met all the most influential people I have connected with and/or have even done business with — including guys like Ken McCarthy, Mike Dillard, Captain Chris Pizzo, Brian Kurtz, Gary Bencivenga, Katey Yeakle & Rebecca Matter at AWAI, Matt Furey, Bob Bly, Mark Ford (AKA Michael Masterson), Brian Keith Voiles, David Garfinkel, Glenn Livingston, Doug D’Anna, and the list goes on of people I highly respect and have gotten to connect with (virtually or literally) and in many cases have done some kind of business with. Some of them connected with me. Some of them I approached to connect with them. But there was none of this passing emails through study hall thing.. So meeting people ain’t the problem and is relatively easy. The problem is making one’s self an attractive to do business with. And hint: It is almost never about flashing money or doing a money pitch. Or talking about how much money they can make doing business with you. Or anything at-all about money. Enter Dan Kennedy’s 7-Figure Academy course. He briefly talks a bit about this topic, and how the “here’s how much money I can make you” pitch is probably the least most effective way to get someone to work with you, work for you, do business with you, whatever it is you want from them. He even uses an example from Disney (before Walt could just snap his fingers and get anything he wanted from anyone he wanted) that is a perfect model for any business today to approach people with JV or other deals. I’d give it away in this email free just so more people would do it. But if I did that, you wouldn’t value it. It’s too simple. No, this info must be paid for to be given the seriousness required. And if you treat it as if it costs 100x more than it does, I believe you’ll do just that. And get 100x more benefit from it. On that note: If you want in, and at a discount just for my boys & ghouls, here’s what to do: 1. Buy the course with my affiliate link below by tonight Friday, March 10 at midnight EST. 2. Forward me your receipt by that deadline (you must send it BY the deadline to get it) You’ll get immediate access to the course, and I’ll send you the nearly 2 hour bonus about how I’ve been using the info for almost 6 years now to not only go from six to seven figures, but how I still use the info in my business ventures today. NOTE: you’ll need a smart phone to access the bonus. No exceptions. All right, here’s the link: [https∶//www.EmailPlayers.com/se7en]( Ben Settle P.S. This course is not intended for newbies, amateurs, or goo-roo fanboys playing business on social media all day. Nothing I sell is. But that goes triple for this course. It’s not called “4-Figure Academy”, “5-Figure Academy”, or even “6-Figure Academy.” It’s called “7-Figure Academy” for a reason. It requires a lot of deep thinking, introspection, & hard work to implement. It’s short on checklists or tactics. And is long on strategies and big ideas. There’s a reason why Dan Kennedy is called The Millionaire Maker. And this course illustrates that reason as well as anything I’ve ever seen. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
