Email Players subscriber Carlos Samaniego shows how infotainment is done: === Hey Ben, I wanted to share a story about the lead that the book called with me. I spoke with him today after reading my email: How I Recovered Michelle’s Life Savings from the California Franchise Tax Board. As we started talking, he said. I have been on your email list for years, enjoyed your "stories" in your tax world, and "loved" reading your emails. He said he really, enjoyed my email about my daughter applying to the service academies (which I turned into getting appointments for IRS tax problems). Here was the title of those emails How a West Point Detour Exposes California's Tax Tyranny Against Soldiers Why My Wife Cried at the Merchant Marine Academy—And What It Means for Your IRS Struggles How Military Academies and a Rear Admiral Can Navigate You Through Tax Turmoil (A True Story!) He said they were informative and so entertaining. I asked him what caused you to book an appointment today. He said, "..after reading your last email, it scared me that my bank account might be wiped out." I figured I called the guy whom I have been reading about his journey over the last few years! This is a testament to what you teach. 1. Get people on your list 2. Email Daily 3. Entertainment them with Stories 4. Make sales! === So simple. Yet so many people manage to complicate and ghey-up infotainment with boring stories, boring offers, and boring personalities following the same old boring playbooks that they learned from some boring influencer on some boring platform trying to impress a bunch of boring NPCs who never buy anything anyway. Why? I don’t know. But if you want to learn a powerful “twist” I have been using when it comes to selling with infotainment, then see the July Email Players issue. I’ve been studying, using, profiting from infotainment for nearly two decades since learning it from the great Matt Furey (who was the pioneer for it with email). And one of the ways I study, apply it in fresh ways, keep it different and unique for my boys & ghouls is by studying professional entertainers and, specifically, Method actors. They often do things a lot differently than you’re learning online. And the approach the July issue takes is no different. It’s not a hard thing to learn, either. And, you might be surprised by how many otherwise bland movies are made great because trained performers are able to take this info and make the movies far more engaging, fun, and profitable as a result. Imagine what that sort of info can do to your business’s own box office gross.. But you'll have to hurry and subscribe if you want in before tonight’s deadline. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
