[Click here.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Fellow Investor, One of the best ways to protect your portfolio – and generate extra income on the side is with dividend stocks, especially those with high yields. Those dividends are even better when they’re paid out consistently, especially by companies with strong earnings, cash flow, and explosive upside potential. --------------------------------------------------------------- Company: Realty Income (SYM: O) Look at Realty Income (SYM: O), for example. Known as The Monthly Dividend Company, the real estate investment trust (REIT) yields 5.1% and has been raising its dividend payout for 30 consecutive years. For October, it’s paying out a dividend of $0.2635 on October 15 to shareholders of record as of October 1. That, by the way, has been raised 127 times since the stock listed on the NYSE in 1994. --------------------------------------------------------------- Paradigm Press [AI “wealth window” will close October 9th]( Next-generation AI technology will create the first $100 TRILLION industry. And there could be trillions available to those investors who get in early. I put together a video revealing the AI stocks I believe… Could turn as little as $10,000…Into $1 MILLION over the next few years. AI 2.0 will open a brief “wealth window”…That will slam shut October 9th. [Here is everything you need now...]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Here's two more to consider. Company: AFC Gamma (SYM: AFCG) With a yield of 13%, AFC Gamma (SYM: AFCG) is well worth the investment. A real estate investment trust (REIT), AFC Gamma provides institutional loans to cannabis operators throughout the U.S. While cannabis is a controversial topic for some investors, we have to consider that there’s overwhelming U.S. support for legalization. Plus, both presidential candidates appear supportive of legalization efforts, as well. All of which could fuel further upside in cannabis related stocks, like AFCG. --------------------------------------------------------------- Investor Place [Wall St. Icon: Looming Financial Tsunami Could Wipe Out the 1%]( [louis n]( Wall Street icon who forecasted Black Monday and dot-com crash says a new economic event could hit the American economy like a tsunami. It doesn't matter if you're blue collar, white collar, working, or retired. He says, "I am literally afraid for my family's future. I'm taking drastic steps to prepare for what I know will inevitably happen next." [Click here to see his new prediction.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Company: Digital Realty Trust (DLR) With a yield of 3.11%, Digital Realty Trust (SYM: DLR) has more than 300 data centers and has now become one of the top biggest REITs in the U.S. with a market cap of $51.4 billion. All of which is being fueled by the artificial intelligence data center boom. In fact, thanks to artificial intelligence, data center demand is expected to rise at a 15% CAGR until 2030, according to Goldman Sachs. Plus, according to analysts at HSBC, data center demand has far outweighed supply thanks to AI demand and constrained supply in key market. They also expect for DLR to see further strong momentum as we get into 2025. Analysts at Truist also raised their price target to $168 with a buy rating. --------------------------------------------------------------- Stansberry Research [Massive “Accident” Could Soon Strike Mag 7 and U.S. Stock Market](According to the man who predicted the 2008 crisis, history is now repeating. Before the next trading day begins… [Click here to see why a new, massive “accident” may soon wreak havoc on the U.S. stock market.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [Join Daily Guru Trades!]( Want more free daily trades in your inbox?
