We're Moving Hello Anonymous, As many of you know, we have been quietly transitioning things to a new membership platform to serve you better. The good news is that we are ready to have you all move into our new home! What you can expect: - Faster customer service! - More streamlined member sites! - Better functionality! Over the next week or so you will get an email with instructions on how to access your new member sites. These instructions include how to create your credentials using a one-time process. YOU ONLY HAVE TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS ONCE. After that, you will create a password that you will use for subsequent log-ins. If you ever lose your credentials, you can use the forgot password feature to create a new one. You may receive multiple emails for the different products that you have with us. Again, you only have to complete this process ONCE and it will give you access to all of the member sites that you have registered. You have already completed this process if you are a Cloud Control Member. After you get your emails, please log out and log back in to see the other membership sites.
