[View this email in your browser]( Statement on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 2024 DNC Remarks Our former Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton broke boundaries and showed the world what strong, brilliant women can do. And just as Hillary did before her, Kamala Harris is breaking boundaries and inspiring millions of young women across the country to step up. But where Kamala works to inspire and uplift women, Donald Trump assaults and insults women. He and his chosen running mate, JD Vance, have continued to stand by their denigrations of women and actively seek to roll back basic rights. Hillary personally knows the viciousness and venom that Donald Trump and his supporters hurl at strong women. They cannot stomach when a brilliant woman stands up for herself, like Hillary did tonight – or as Kamala has done throughout her career. They mock their strength and their courage because they fear it. This year, we have another chance to finally shatter what Hillary Clinton called the ‘highest, hardest glass ceiling,’ and with a Black woman as our leader, we will defeat Donald Trump in November and let freedom ring.
