[Appfigures] Hi {NAME}, Over the last few weeks, some of our members have been experiencing slower than usual loading speeds on our platform. I want you know we're aware of this issue and have already rolled out several improvements. We're also working hard to make sure our platform is consistently fast going forward. What happened We're always working to grow Appfigures by adding new features, collecting more data, and onboarding more new members. As the company and platform have been growing on all fronts, this additional strain on our hardware has caused it to feel slower for some members during peak hours. What we're doing to fix it We've identified the major interactions across our system causing the most bottlenecks and intermittent slowdowns and have been working to eliminate them. We're also adding more hardware and dedicating more resources to fortify our infrastructure. What's next Important speed improvements have already been rolled out, with more significant improvements coming in the next few days as well as deeper changes in the coming weeks. I'm sorry if this has impacted your workflow in any way and want to assure you our team is working hard so these types of issues don't happen in the future.
