{NAME}, In a democracy, our representatives should deliver results, focus on what matters to us, and act in our best interest. Andy is that kind of leader — committed to delivering real, tangible results on what matters most. Numbers tell a story. Here are the numbers that describe the three months that Republicans have held a slim majority in the House: - The 15 votes they held for Speaker – closing Congress for a week because they put politics ahead of governing. - House Speaker Kevin McCarthy sent 40,000 hours of security footage from January 6 to Fox News, instead of helping make healthcare more affordable. - The Republican chair of the House oversight committee has already issued over 300 subpoenas this year instead of working to improve how government can help people. - Finally, House Republicans have proposed one budget that will raise costs for working families and ship manufacturing jobs overseas. Here are Andy's numbers over that same time period: - Democrats passed a bill to cap the cost of insulin for seniors at $35. That inspired the three manufacturers of insulin to lower their prices for everyone to stay competitive. - Andy recently held his 60th town hall in NJ-03, where he listened to the real questions and concerns of his constituents. - Andy's been laser-focused on improving health care and child care for the more than 52,000 military service members, military families, and civilians that live in and around the joint base in NJ-03. - Andy's heard from seniors across the district that the 8.7% raise in Social Security payments is helping them make ends meet each month. Those are more than just statistics, {NAME}. They're the story about the difference between spectacle and service, ranting and results. Andy's numbers show he is a leader that is invested in his community and committed to making life better for the people he represents. But, he can't do it without you. As we get closer to our first fundraising deadline of the new cycle, I'm asking you to consider making an early investment in supporting a leader by example. We're coming off of the last election strong, and we must keep the momentum going as we pivot toward 2024. [$4,498 —That's how far away we are from reaching our end-of-quarter goal.
