{NAME}, Since the Supreme Court struck down Roe last summer, states across the country have cut off access to reproductive care and have criminalized doctors. In Congress, anti-choice members have been working to ban abortion nationwide. Right-wing extremists have set our country on a dangerous path by eliminating the federal right to choose. Now a judge in Texas could strike down the FDA's decades-old approval of mifepristone. This ruling would outlaw this safe and effective abortion pill nationwide – even in states like New Jersey that protect a woman's right to make her own healthcare choices. A woman and her doctor should make those health decisions. Politicians and judges don't belong in those conversations. That's what I believe and one of the things our movement is about. [Will you chip in now and join the fight before our end-of-month deadline?]( Here's the truth: most Americans support access to safe and legal abortion. In the last year, many states have expanded protections for abortions, abortion funds have popped up everywhere, and when abortion has been on the ballot, even in traditionally red states like Kansas, voters have chosen to protect it. [This isn't a time to sit on the sidelines. We have to energize a grassroots movement like never before to restore reproductive rights. Chip in now to join the movement.]( I will always stand on the side of the freedom to choose. And I promise to do everything in my power to expand access across every state.
