These are the top 3 trends I'm spotting and actions you can take. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hi Renegade, 7 cities, 10 days, 3 trends. In my email last week I highlighted the undercurrent craving I'm noticing for us all to be united, for connection and for collaboration. Here is the second of three trends I've been seeing: A need to reframe how we look at AI. Yes, undoubtedly AI is shaking sh*t up and it's a hot button topic. We have a choice. We can obsessed with the challenges that AI brings (aka will it take our jobs?) or we can be obsessed with the opportunity. Personally, I'd rather be obsessed with figuring out how to leverage it as an asset, wouldn't you? What can you do? Reframe your mindset. Look at AI as talent and time. It's designed to increase our bandwidth! Use it that way. Experiment. Encourage your teams to experiment, because everybody should be responsible for experimenting and ultimately that will reflect on the P&L. [I share more on that in this video.]( This season reminds me a lot of the wild west days of social media - the technology is a tool, and how we choose to use it is up to us. If you treat it as an adversary and a problem, then that's what it will be. If you look at it through the opposite lens, then the possibilities are limitless. Two down, one to go. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
