Have you heard the news? ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏   [Center for American Liberty]( Dear Friend, Have you heard the news? We're suing the Olympic Peninsula YMCA and City of Port Townsend, Washington, on behalf of grandmother Julie Jaman. [Will you donate $35 or more right now to help fund this critical new lawsuit?]( If grandmothers and little girls are no longer safe by themselves in a women's locker room at the YMCA – where are they safe? After all, the YMCA was founded to put Christian values into practice by developing a healthy body, mind, and spirit. But the "woke" culture has infected even trusted ministries like this one. When is enough enough, friend? The answer is now. Julie Jaman is an 82-year-old grandmother who regularly used her local swimming pool – until the day she found a grown man – wearing a women's bathing suit – watching two little girls undress in the women's locker room. The children appeared to be around four and six years old, and Julie believed she may be witnessing a predator in action. So, she did what any reasonable grandmother would do. Julie confronted the man and asked him to leave. Instead of asking the man to leave the women's locker room, the YMCA staff targeted Julie for her "discriminatory" behavior and banned her from that location for life. They also launched a smear campaign to paint Julie as a bigot and transphone in her community. [Now you can see why I'm asking you to make a tax-deductible donation of $35 or more to help fund Julie's case.]( My name is Harmeet Dhillon and I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Center for American Liberty – the conservative non-profit organization underwriting Julie’s case. The way the YMCA and the City of Port Townsend treated a concerned grandmother isn't just outrageous – it's unconstitutional. The City of Port Townsend owns the pool and contracts with the YMCA to operate it. Like you, Julie has a First Amendment right to speak her mind on publicly owned property no matter who disagrees with it. And like you, she has a Fourteenth Amendment right to due process – something the YMCA working with the City of Port Townsend – neglected when they banned Julie for life without even hearing her side of the story. Here at the Center for American Liberty, our unique strategy is taking down the Left in the courts. In fact, we have already won THREE Supreme Court cases. We are honored to fight in the courts to protect your freedom to say what you want, to live according to your conscience, and to pass on your conservative values to the next generation. That's why our attorneys filed a lawsuit to protect Julie's constitutional rights – and yours, friend. Winning this case means preserving your rights to free speech and due process. Losing it means… well, that's just not an option. Because we're also talking about the safety and privacy of women and girls across America! [So can I count on you to donate $35 or more today to fund Julie's case and protect your own constitutional rights?]( My team and I will never stay silent as the left attacks our most basic freedoms. We also never shy away from a fight. Going head-to-head with giant liberal groups like the ACLU doesn't scare me. But it does mean we need to have the resources on hand for a dogfight. [That's why I'm asking you to make a generous donation of $35 or more today.]( Thank you for helping us fight back against the radical left and its disgusting attacks on our children, our freedoms, and our constitutional rights. God Bless, [Harmeet K. Dhillon]( Harmeet K. Dhillon, CEO Center for American Liberty [Harmeet Dhillon]( P.S. Friend, what would you do if you saw a fully-grown man – wearing a female bathing suit – watching two little girls undress in the women's locker room? I'm willing to bet you'd do the exact same thing our client, Julie Jaman, did. Confront him to protect the little girls. [That's why I'm asking you to make a generous donation of $35 or more to help us fund this new lawsuit.]( Because we aren't just protecting Julie's constitutional rights – we're protecting yours, too – and the privacy and safety of women and girls across America. Thank you in advance for your support!
