Join the Fight Against Unconstitutional Actions and Support Hardworking Americans ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Dear Friend of Liberty, I'm writing to inform you about two critical new legal battles we are fighting, and we urgently need your help. KC Transport, a family-owned trucking company in West Virginia, was unjustly fined for mine safety violations by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). Despite not operating a mine or being adjacent to one, MSHA classified their truck repair facility as a "mine." This absurd logic allows MSHA to overreach their authority and penalize this family-owned business unfairly. We are challenging this unconstitutional ruling to protect the rights of every small business owner and prevent government overreach from setting a dangerous precedent. Next, the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board is attacking the state's small oil and gas producers with unlawful and unscientific regulations. These new rules exceed the Board's legal authority and threaten to bankrupt small family drilling businesses. These regulations are not about protecting the environment; they are about crippling an industry and putting hardworking families out of business. We are representing the Independent Petroleum Association of New Mexico (IPANM) to fight back and ensure fair treatment for these hard-working Americans. These cases highlight the ongoing threats to our energy independence and economic stability. Your support is crucial in helping us win these battles. By supporting MSLF’s new Center for American Prosperity & Energy, you are directly contributing to these vital legal fights. This Center is dedicated to defending the rights of small-scale miners, independent energy producers, and other Americans targeted by overreaching government actions. Remember, every donation made by June 14th will be matched dollar-for-dollar by our Board of Directors, doubling your impact. Please make your secure donation here: [( Thank you for standing with us.
