I have collected quotes for many years, and found that some of the most quotable are from our "famous person of the week", Benjamin Franklin. So many of his words resonate well with children. My particular favourite is the last quote in this collection - very useful advice! An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn. We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid. Well done is better than well said. Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.
