Whattup legend! Listen. Your fears have NO POWER over you once you expose them into the light. See, one of my students said to me how they were very nervous about creating content and even speaking on camera. As an online coach, creating content will allow you to attract the right clients online. But I get it, it’s scary. You’re worried that you’re going to “look stupid” or come across as awkward. You wonder what people will think of you as you push the record button. You’re afraid that you’ll stumble on your words. It’s these kinds of fears that can make your dream to be an online coach, an uphill struggle. But here’s the great news! The thing about fear is that when you expose the fear for what it really is, it actually has no legs to stand on. Fear is only most powerful when you do not understand it. But what if you did? Because your fears actually come from an event in your childhood that made you uncomfortable. So when you understand where it’s coming from and even what childhood event created the fear in the first place… You can easily identify why the fear doesn’t make any sense. And when the fear makes no sense, that’s when it loses its power. For this reason, I teach my students the Hallucination breakthrough exercise that exposes the root cause of their fears. When you can shine a light on the fears hiding in the dark… You liberate yourself from the fears that sabotage you from your vision to become an influential coach. Share with me – What is one thing that you fear? And Why? God bless! . . P.S. If you desire to become an impact-driven online coach, change lives on the daily... And have the freedom to work from just your laptop whenever and wherever you want... Then great news! If you're an aspiring coach or even an experienced coach... I'm offering you the chance for you to piggyback on over 13 years of my coaching experience. Interested? Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
