you won't sell a thing until you do this

When you sell a new or different way of doing something... You're asking someone to make a change. A change from what they're used to and comfortable with. With any change comes RISK. Time risk... Money risk... Energy risk... Reputation risk... What most folks do when trying to sell their offer is say: "Do you have this problem? Yes? Well buy my shid!!!" It might work some of the time... But if you want people to buy your thing day in and day out? You need to show them why it's riskier to do nothing. So it becomes dumb NOT to make a change. If they stay where they are now... What are they risking in time? What are they giving up in potential money? What energy are they burning that they could be saving? What reputation and status could they have... but don't? For example: I offer a system to sell premium offers without a sales call. It's a "new way" of selling. You don't HAVE to be able to do it... But if you stay where you are now selling everything via sales call? You'd be: - spending hours on the phone when you don't have to (time+energy) - giving up the extra sales you could be making (money) - forced to build a team of setters and closers to grow (time+energy+money) - passing on the reputation you could have for closing big-ticket deals without the phone (it's pretty damn cool) Once I make these risks clear and add a sick guarantee... it becomes silly NOT to work with me. Make sense? So look at your offer. Look at your marketing. Are you showing your audience why it's riskier to stay where they are now? Or are you just shouting at them to buy your shid?
