Friend: During the holiday season, I like to do many things. One that’s a yearly gambit is offering to trade/barter/exchange my consulting services or other higher priced programs and services for other people’s items that my family, or colleagues would value. Over the years I’ve traded consulting for cars, art, very nice jewelry… and more cars, I love unique cars. I’ve bartered for unused advertising we used to promote our programs. We’ve gotten luxury vacations. Sometimes clothes or high-end women’s accessories like handbags, etc. It’s totally fun on my part and something I do to make my normally six-figure private or group consulting services accessible to a few interesting entrepreneurs who wouldn’t ordinarily be able to afford me. Sometimes I keep the item like a car or cool art / sculpture. Other times, I gift them to people who’d normally never afford the item. So, it’s a double joy. If you have an item or items you think I may like in exchange for my services. contact my assistant at desiree@abraham.com with a detailed explanation of the items you’re offering along with full contact info. Please include its retail market value. Last year we received some very nice people offering more modest items, like a copy of their book or course. Unfortunately, my trade focus is on larger valued more desirable, and frankly, fun items. If you own cool cars you want to trade, that’s fun. Or exquisite jewelry – fun! Or magnificent handbags – fun for the women! Or if you’ve got something very qualitatively unique, I’m curious to see what it might be. I’ve traded once for a multi-year use of a collection of cars and the right to purchase any one I liked under market. I traded years ago for an entire wardrobe we gifted someone who’s never had anything as vast. I’ve traded for collector watches and musical instruments. Oh, for pets – aka puppies to be exact. I was mentored in barter by a man who’s traded commercially nearly a billion dollars worth of advertising for cars, hotel credits, appliances, electronics, trips, exotic watches, etc. He helped Carnival Cruises, Sheraton Hotels, Mazda, Chrysler, and Palm Springs Tourist Bureau. His wildest trade was for the old Louis B. Mayor mansion on the beach in Santa Monica. He also traded for restaurant credits. Gas credits. Cosmetic surgery. I have a short primer on barter we did with him. I’m happy to freely gift everyone with that. [CLICK HERE]( I mainly offer one or two big trade deals during the holiday time because I don’t work for a week and I have the unscheduled time available to spend with you advising, consulting, and strategizing sales and profit breakthroughs. Let my assistant know if you have something meaningful to trade and a quality business in need of expert help. Happy Holidays.
