This week was the most exciting week for Hilary and I in a LONG LONG TIME! Why? Well, I begged and pleaded with the "guru's guru" (and one of my closest friends of twenty years) to FINALLY share his proprietary system after 15 years. Once he had it down and was able to make 10k to 25k per deal he flipped straight off the MLS he retired from all other forms of real estate. No more buy and holds, no more apartments, no more commercial. So, he's ready to share this strategy only because Hilary batted her eyelashes and told him she couldn't find any deals. He flew to Austin and sat us down for two days of intense training last weekend and [BLEW OUR MINDS.]( Here's the deal, and I'm going to be blunt. With his system, you have access to 100% of the the real estate market- yes, the 90% that is controlled by agents AND the other 10% you and every other investor on the planet are fighting over. Here are your choices: Keep playing with your little software that shoots out the same leads to every single one of your competitors OR start using the biggest, baddest software for real estate on the planet ... ever hear of it? MLS That's right. Using his system, you can flip deals on the MLS. This is no joke. What you are doing right now is pretty much a joke because: *you have the hedge funds snatching up inventory at ninety cents on the dollar  *here comes Zillow ... they are about to start buying 5,000 houses a MONTH. There go the rest of the deals you and every other investor in your area are fighting over. [Here is the link]( to register for the presentation. He's been flying under the radar doing his MLS deals and refusing to share the strategy until now. Why? He doesn't want offices all over the country anymore. He wants to stay home and just work his local area and train investors around the country to use the system. [This could be your only chance to get in on this.]( Stacy PS- he's only willing to work with fifty active investors across the country and I'm sending this email to the 80k people so you do the math.
