HOTLIST🔥 POAI - Up over 30% in pre after announcing a collaboration with FluGen in the development of a first-of-its-kind intranasal flu vaccine to market Predictive Oncology (POAI) is on the cutting edge of the rapidly growing use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to expedite early drug discovery and enable drug development for the benefit of cancer patients worldwide. In the after-hours yesterday, the [company announced]( a collaboration with FluGen to bring a first-of-its-kind intranasal flu vaccine to market, as part of a $6.2 million Phase 2B grant awarded by the United States Department of Defense (DoD). Paul Radspinner, President & Chief Executive Officer of FluGen stated: “Predictive Oncology will play a critical role in helping to make our M2SR flu vaccine more stable and sustainable as we advance our clinical trials” POAI had a market cap of less than $6million according to Finviz based on yesterday’s close. The stock traded up over 30% in the pre-market after the news yesterday. The $1.80 area acted as support in the after-hours and the pre-market and now becomes a potential level of resistance. Above it, targets to the upside are $1.95, $2 and then the after-hours high at $2.10. Beyond that $2.34 and $2.50 come into play. Below $1.80, targets to the downside are $1.73, $1.60, $1.50, and then a gap fill at $1.41. IMCC - Weed related name, up over 40% in the pre-market after yesterday US DEA announced it will reclassify marijuana, ease restrictions IM Cannabis Corp. (IMCC) engages in breeding, growing, and supply of medical cannabis products in Israel and Germany. Intraday yesterday, the US DEA [announced]( that it will reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug. The proposal, which still must be reviewed by the White House Office of Management and Budget, would recognize the medical uses of cannabis and acknowledge it has less potential for abuse than some of the nation’s most dangerous drugs. However, it would not legalize marijuana outright for recreational use. “Today, the Attorney General circulated a proposal to reclassify marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III,” Justice Department director of public affairs Xochitl Hinojosa said in a statement. The news sent weed stocks soaring intraday yesterday with IMCC closing up 55% pulling back after being up over 100%. Perhaps the international nature of IMCC (based in Israel and Germany) had some short sellers stuck in the after hours, as the stock is up another 40% this morning. The $1.20 area was resistance yesterday intraday and has since acted as support in the after-hours and pre-market. Above it, targets to the upside are $1.36, $1.50 and then the after-hours high at $1.62. Beyond that, $1.83 and $2 and $2.14 come into play. Below $1.20, targets to the downside are $1, $0.86, $0.80 and then $0.60.
