The View’s Joy Behar just went on national television saying that anyone who votes for Trump isn’t a real Christian. ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ I’ve been on live TV more times than I can count… I’ve been interviewed by several reporters… I’ve even been on CNN and MSNBC… But even now, the Liberal Media never ceases to amaze me. And this one in particular really grinds my gears. The View’s Joy Behar just went on national television saying that anyone who votes for Trump isn’t a real Christian. [Daily Caller: Joy Behar says anyone voting for Trump is not a real Christian]( [READ MY FULL STATEMENT]( I’m sorry if this is too forward but I need to get something off my chest. This is not the first time the Liberal Media has attacked people of faith from their fancy studios. Sadly, it’s a disgraceful pattern in America… Don’t forget: They called Mike Johnson ‘too Christian and too Conservative’ to be Speaker Don’t forget: They said Amy Coney Barrett was ‘too Christian’ to be a Supreme Court Justice Don’t forget: They called us ‘Christo-Facists’ and ‘Christian nationalists’ But I’ll let you in on a little secret – it’s not just about attacking our faith. The real goal in all of this is to: 1) smear the good names of Republican candidates to drag them down in the polls, and 2) scare Liberals into whipping out their credit cards and donating to Democrats. It’s about money and it’s about power. [That’s why I’m taking it upon myself to help defend our Conservative candidates from these vicious attacks. I set a goal of raising one million dollars in the next 48 hours.]( I know, I know – it’s ambitious. But if that's what it takes to win, I'll do everything in my power to get there. Will you rise to the occasion and pitch in a few bucks? [READ MY FULL STATEMENT]( As a Conservative – and as a Christian – this type of gutter politics irritates me to no end. But just sitting around and stewing over it plays right into their hands. That’s why I’m sending you this email. We have a long way to go in the next 48 hours. Frankly, I need your help now more than I’ve ever needed it before. [If you can spare a few bucks, I’m personally asking you to step up and join me in this critical fight.]( God bless you, Majority Leader Steve Scalise --------------------------------------------------------------- [Please take my Election Year Check-In!]( It's House Majority Leader Steve Scalise. I’m respectfully asking you to fill out my [ELECTION YEAR CHECK-IN]( at your earliest convenience. It’s important. I want to have your goals, your concerns, and your priorities in mind before I do anything else. What would you like me to keep in mind when I'm taking on the Radical Democrats? [START HERE >>]( Paid for by TEAM SCALISE, a joint fundraising committee authorized by and to benefit SCALISE FOR CONGRESS and EYE OF THE TIGER PAC.
