Davos: The annual gathering of the rich and famous in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum is underway this week. Mostly it's just empty chatter, but be wary of any surprising headlines that could send traders into a tizzy. Central banks: The Bank of Japan just announced that they are keeping their interest rates unchanged but are positive about Japan's GDP. Next up is the Bank of England, which will decide next week, and is expected to cut rates. Better-than-expected numbers this week could make them hold, however.
